Cancellation & Appointment Policy

I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible.

  • 48 hours’ notice or more – no charge
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice – 50% of the treatment cost
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice – 100% of the treatment cost

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and short-notice cancellations can be difficult to fill.

If payment for a missed appointment is not received, future bookings will be suspended until the balance is settled.


Arriving for Your Appointment

Please arrive at your appointment time rather than early, as I work on a one-to-one basis and may still be with another client.

If you’re running late, just send me a quick message.


Patch Tests & Consultations

Patch tests are required at least 48 hours before the following treatments:

  • Lash lifts
  • Lash and brow tinting

Laser hair removal requires both a consultation and a patch test before starting treatment.

These are important to make sure your skin is safe to treat.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of treatments, I’m unable to offer refunds once a service has been carried out.

If you have any concerns following your treatment, please get in touch and I’ll always do my best to help.

For any products purchased, returns may be accepted if the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition. Please contact me within 14 days of purchase to discuss.


Payments

Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer.
