Not sure what to book? Start here

If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, you’re not expected to figure it out on your own.

Just send me a WhatsApp message or give me a call and I’ll talk things through with you. I’ll always guide you towards what’s best for your skin and what you’re trying to achieve.

Booking & Contact

How do I book an appointment?

All appointments are booked directly with me so I can make sure you have the right time and the right treatment.

The easiest way to book is via WhatsApp or by phone. 07990656143

How quickly will you reply?

I’ll usually respond the same day, although if I’m with clients it may be a little later.

WhatsApp is often the quickest way to reach me.

Can I message with questions before booking?

Yes, of course.

If you’re unsure what to book or have questions about your skin or a treatment, just send me a message. I’m always happy to help.

Choosing the Right Treatment

What if I don’t know what treatment I need?

That’s completely fine, and very common.

You don’t need to know exactly what to book. Just get in touch and I’ll guide you in the right direction based on your skin, your concerns and what you’d like to achieve.

Do I need a consultation first?

Not always, face to face but I need need you to complete a consultation form, this will be emailed to you once you've booked your appointment.

For some treatments, like laser or certain skincare treatments, a consultation is essential so we can talk through your options fully.

Patch tests are required for treatments such as tinting, lash lifts and laser, and need to be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment. This is to make sure your skin is safe to treat.

Results & Expectations

Will I see results after one treatment?

You may notice a difference after one treatment, but lasting results usually come from consistency.

If you’re looking to properly improve your skin, it’s about working on it over time rather than relying on a one-off treatment.

Can I just book a one-off treatment?

Yes, absolutely.

You’re very welcome to come in for a single treatment. However, if you’re looking for longer-term results, I’ll usually recommend a more consistent approach.

Do I need to use products at home?

Homecare isn’t essential, but it does make a difference.

If you want to get the best results from your treatments, using the right products in between appointments will help support and maintain your skin.

I’ll always keep recommendations simple and manageable.

Nervous Clients

I feel a bit nervous about booking, is that normal?

Yes, completely.

A lot of clients feel unsure before their first appointment, especially if they’re trying something new.

Everything is done at your pace, and I’ll always make sure you feel comfortable and at ease before we start.

Policies & Practical Information

What is your cancellation policy?

I require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

This is because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

Why do I need a patch test?

Patch tests are required for certain treatments to make sure your skin doesn’t react to the products used.

This is an important part of keeping treatments safe and suitable for you.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free parking right outside at Weyhill Fairground, so you won’t need to worry about time limits or charges.
